My experience at Clive Hamilton Motors Ltd could have been better because I wasn’t offered a test drive. I think they already knew that there was something wrong with car due to a conversation with the salesman during purchasing.

At our dealership, all customers are offered the opportunity to take a test drive, and we always aim to be transparent with the condition of our vehicles. As you’ll see from our website, we don’t typically stock many older cars, but on this occasion, we made an exception because we knew the vehicle’s history, having sold it previously. Most of our older trade-in vehicles are usually sold directly to the trade.
When you returned on Monday to report a fault, we immediately offered you a full refund. However, you chose to consult with someone before deciding to allow us the opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue. We removed the turbo and had it inspected. Once it was returned, we reinstalled it and carried out a road test on Friday morning, during which the engine management light came on again.
We contacted you promptly to keep you informed and asked whether you would prefer a repair or a refund. You advised that you would discuss it with your husband and call us back. Later that day, you informed us that you would prefer a refund, which we processed immediately.
We genuinely regret that this situation didn’t work out as hoped, but we’re pleased we were able to resolve it promptly and fairly. We wish you all the best with your next car and thank you for giving us the opportunity to assist.

I was happy with the service at Clive Hamilton Motors Ltd because of the no pressure approach. I was allowed to have a good long inspection of the vehicle and left alone to do that. Mark and William have been more than helpful to me and made my experience a very positive one. I will not hesitate to contact these lads again when it's time to trade.
